As people of faith, we are people of questions. A former Archbishop of Canterbury, St Anselm, gave us a great definition of theology - faith seeking understanding. There is something within us that draws us to belief and there is something in our intellect that draws us to understand. While know that we can never fully understand God or the mysteries of life and faith, our life-long pursuit is to know more. Episcopalians have never been afraid of questions, in fact we invite them. Who is God? What does it mean to believe in God? Who was (and is) Jesus? The questions are ever present. At St Timothy's we gather weekly to explore these and many other questions and to grow. For we believe that from questions come answers and from answers come the truth.
